JOURNEY PLANNING
How to Choose a Vehicle for Your Journey
Think about space, itinerary and the occasion together.
Begin with the passenger count
Include every passenger, including children. If your group travels with a child seat or needs a particular seating arrangement, discuss that before choosing the vehicle category.
Give luggage its own attention
Two journeys with the same number of passengers may need different vehicles because of bags. Describe the number and size of suitcases and mention sports equipment, pushchairs or other bulky items.
Consider the whole day
A short airport transfer, a wedding and several business appointments involve different priorities. Share the complete itinerary, any planned stops and the amount of time you expect to need.
Choose your vehicle category
Start with the passenger count and the space your bags need. Choose Premium SUV or, on request, Luxury Sedan and share your luggage requirements.
Review the quote before confirming
Review your pickup details, vehicle category, fare and itinerary together. Add any missing travel requirements before departure.

What to include in a luggage description
A useful request states passengers, large suitcases, cabin bags and any stroller or unusual item separately. For example, describe your own party as “four passengers, two large suitcases and two cabin bags” if that matches your trip. This is a request format, not a claim that a category fits that load.
Luxury Sedan seats up to three. Premium SUV seats four in comfort and up to six, with room for around 4–5 pieces of luggage. The luggage arrangement still needs to fit the actual vehicle and occupied seats. Send dimensions for bulky items instead of relying only on a bag count.
