How do I start a booking?
Send your route, date, pickup time, passengers and luggage details through WhatsApp or the quote form. We will send your travel options and fare.
Do you travel in both directions between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We arrange Bahrain departures and Saudi pickups for Bahrain or Bahrain Airport. Include the full address for each direction.
Which vehicles can I choose?
Luxury Sedan, available on request, carries up to three passengers. Premium SUV, in the GMC Yukon class, carries four passengers in comfort and up to six, with room for around 4–5 pieces of luggage. Share your luggage details with the booking.
How do return bookings work?
Choose Return in the form, then enter your return date and time. Add the return collection address and any other stops to your travel details.
Can I arrange travel for a company or hotel guest?
Yes. Select Corporate in the enquiry form. Include the guest name, arrival details and the contact managing the arrangements.
Will airport guests be met with a name board?
Yes. Provide the flight number and the name to display on the placard. Your driver will meet the guest and help with luggage.
Can I request a child seat or accessibility arrangement?
Yes. Describe what you need when booking so the vehicle and pickup plan can be matched to your requirements.

Booking Terms
- Airport fare zones
- Premium SUV airport fares are fixed by zone: BHD 20 for central Bahrain and Muharraq, BHD 25 for Riffa, Isa Town, Saar and Budaiya, BHD 30 for Zallaq, Sakhir and the south-west coast, and BHD 37 for Durrat Al Bahrain. The full area list is on the Bahrain rates page; other areas are quoted on request.
- Waiting
- Arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting from flight landing time. Departures and other pickups include 15 minutes. After that, waiting is BHD 10 per hour, charged in 30-minute blocks.
- Cancellation and no-show
- Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 50%. No-shows are charged in full.
- Chauffeur hire
- Hourly and 4-hour hire: free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup, 50% within 24 hours. 8- and 12-hour hire: free up to 48 hours before pickup, 50% within 48 hours, full charge within 24 hours. No-shows are charged in full. Time starts at the booked pickup time and unused hours are not refunded. Extra time is BHD 20 per hour, charged in 30-minute blocks. Packages cover journeys within Bahrain. Book an 8- or 12-hour day at least 3 days ahead with 50% paid in advance and save 15%; the advance is non-refundable within 48 hours of pickup, and the offer does not apply during major event periods such as the Bahrain Grand Prix.
- Payment
- Cash, Card and Bank Transfer.
- Saudi travel and causeway toll
- The King Fahd Causeway toll is included in Saudi route fares. Passengers carry their own valid travel documents and visas. Border processing and traffic vary; journey timings are estimates.
- Vehicles and luggage
- Vehicle category, luggage fit, child seats, accessibility requests and any agreed alternatives are included in your booking arrangements. Share these requirements before travel.
- Itinerary and additional services
- Extra stops, overtime, decorations, tickets and luggage-handling requests are priced as part of your itinerary. Include any special requests when booking.
- Changes to your plans
- Send changes through your booking contact as early as possible. A change of route, vehicle, date or duration may change the fare.
