For each venue, tell us the entrance or drop-off point your organiser prefers and any access or parking instructions. Large venues often have separate entrances for guests, speakers and suppliers, and the right gate saves valuable minutes.

VIP, speaker and guest-of-honour arrivals

Important guests often begin their event at the airport. Your chauffeur meets them at Bahrain International Airport with a name board, helps with luggage and brings them to their hotel or straight to the venue. Luxury Sedan suits a VIP arrival; Premium SUV gives more space for a small delegation.

Include flight numbers, guest names and a reachable contact for each arrival, and the airport pickups stay inside the same event plan.

Moving groups with sedans and SUVs

Luxury Sedan, available on request, accommodates up to three passengers. Premium SUV accommodates up to six. For larger groups we combine several vehicles and stagger pickups from different hotels, so guests arrive together without waiting in a lobby.

Send the guest list grouped by hotel, pickup time and passenger numbers. Note any guest with heavy luggage, equipment or assistance needs, so the right vehicle is matched to each group.

Planning the return journeys

Some guests leave after the main programme. Others stay for dinner, an awards ceremony or a late reception. Group the return journeys by time and destination and share the list with us. For flexible finishing times, a chauffeur on hourly or eight-hour hire can stay with your VIPs for the evening.
